The construction of our complex is moving forward with confidence, and we’re excited to share the latest progress:

Block A
 • On the ground floors, plastering has been completed, cleaning done, and preparations for the next stages are underway.
 • Aluminum cladding has been applied to balconies, and interior finishing works in the apartments are ongoing.
 • Electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing works are in progress on the middle floors.
 • Some corridors have already been concreted, while others are being prepared.
 • On the upper levels, wall adjustments, window frame plastering, and cleaning have been completed.

Block B
 • On the ground floor, the sales office has been set up with a detailed model of the complex.
 • Wall works are progressing upwards – from the 2nd to the 5th floor, structures have already been completed.
 • On the 6th floor, rough works are finished and cleaning is underway.
 • On the 7th floor, deck formwork is being removed.

Roof
 • Sections have been prepared with future flower beds.
 • The lift slab for sections 1 and 2 has been completed.
 • Iron reinforcement for section 3 flooring is in progress.

Step by step, The Eyes of Zanzibar is taking shape.
There’s still more work ahead, but the vision of a modern space for living and investment is already becoming a reality.
